Job Description

• Analysis and allocation of suitable products and assortments for customer enquiries and tenders
• Preparation and calculation of competitive offers to support the sales team
• Processing of national and international enquiries as well as tenders
• Maintenance, management and ongoing updating of relevant controlling and reporting documents
• Follow-up of outstanding offers and ensuring transparent status documentation
• Participation in extensive tender and bidding projects
• Attendance at internal tender meetings, reviews and de-briefings
• Responsibility for processing electronic incoming mail
• Further development and standardisation of templates and internal work processes
• Function as the central contact person between the involved specialist departments
• Ensuring timely processing in compliance with defined service levels
• Support in the implementation of new customers and projects

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable further education
• German at native speaker level, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as precise and analytical working style
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
