Scheduler: Clinic for Radio-Oncology 80-100%
from 1 October 2026
Your main tasks
- You are responsible for the efficient and demanding planning, coordination, and scheduling of our radiation appointments (Linac, planning CT, MRI) and outpatient consultation appointments (initial consultations, weekly, progress, and final checks)
- Telephone, written, and personal contact with internal and external contacts and referrers
- You work closely with our doctors, radiology specialists, and other contacts in the Clinic for Radio-Oncology
- You independently take on various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Basic medical training as FaGe or MPA and/or commercial basic training
- Professional experience in scheduling or administration is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; other foreign languages are desirable
- Communicative and sociable personality
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, KISIM an advantage)
- A reliable, service-oriented, and team-capable person who sees innovations in the work process as a positive development
