EXCLUSIVE MANDATE: Accountant / Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting of your mandates
You prepare interim and annual financial statements according to OR
You are responsible for VAT returns and carry out the corresponding reconciliations
You independently support your clients and are the direct contact person for finance and accounting-related queries
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons
Depending on the mandate, you manage payroll accounting including social security statements
You assist your clients with business management and administrative questions
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education as well as further training in finance, accounting or fiduciary services or possess a comparable qualification
You have practical professional experience in fiduciary services, accounting or a comparable financial services environment
You work independently, in a structured manner and gladly take responsibility for your own mandates
You present yourself professionally to clients and appreciate direct client contact
You have very good German skills as well as confident MS Office skills; experience with Abacus or Bexio is an advantage
