Data Analysis Development Specialist (m/f/d)

- You develop and implement data analytics solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- In this role, you maintain and optimise ELT pipelines, data lakes and Power BI reports for efficient data preparation and visualisation.
- You ensure through reviews with stakeholders that solutions meet the needs of the specialist departments and create real added value.
- As a data analysis development specialist, you develop and optimise data models and reports for well-founded, data-driven decisions.
- You support end users through support and conduct training for the optimal use of analytics solutions.
- In this role, you evaluate new technologies and actively shape the further development of system architecture and data analytics processes.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, data science, computer science or a comparable field with at least 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst, data engineer or data scientist – alternatively a technical vocational training with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have experience in developing modern data platforms, in (T-)SQL, building data pipelines and data lake structures.
- You are proficient in ELT processes, data modelling and creating meaningful reports.
- You communicate very confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills (B2).
- You analyse and understand processes in detail and can translate stakeholder requirements purposefully into solutions.
- You work independently, take responsibility and value pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions.
