Job Description
The Political Rights Directorate is responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth running of elections and referendums in the Vaud territory.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, organise and monitor operations related to federal, cantonal and municipal ballots
- Provide support and assistance to municipalities
- Independently ensure control and monitoring arising from legislation on transparency in political financing
- Participate in training and communication on political rights
- Provide administrative support to the cantonal electoral office

Qualifications
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commercial work or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in client support or consultancy
- Very good knowledge of institutions and municipal functioning
- Proven experience within a Vaud municipality
- Proficiency with IT tools and ability to adapt to various types of software
- Good stress resistance and conflict management skills
- Organisational skills, rigour, team spirit and collaboration, discretion
