ICT System Administrator / Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, as an ICT Support Engineer, you support the planning, migration, implementation, and operation of complete ICT infrastructures. You take responsibility for reliable hosting and cloud solutions and contribute to the professional delivery of end-to-end consulting and support services. You ensure that technically demanding environments run stably, securely, and performantly. As a professional, you apply your expertise purposefully to precisely understand individual customer requirements and translate them into suitable ICT solutions. In an environment with an open and collegial corporate culture, you actively shape modern IT landscapes.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle 1st and 2nd level support via email, telephone, and partly on-site
In this role, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the client and server infrastructure
As an ICT Administrator & Support Engineer, you configure hardware and software and commission them
You carry out hardware and software installations at customers' premises
In this role, you provide support services directly on-site at the customer
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT education or a comparable qualification
You have professional experience as an ICT supporter, system administrator, or in a similar role
You are well versed in Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.), VMware as well as Windows 10 and 11
Ideally, you bring experience with MS Exchange, M365, MDM/EMM, backup solutions, and networks
You hold a category B driving licence; a car is an advantage
You communicate very confidently in German and have good English skills
