In this role, you will ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2,200 employees together with a four-person payroll team and take on the professional deputy role for the HR Services team leader. You will independently carry out monthly payment and posting runs, check them carefully, and maintain all relevant changes. In addition, you will handle social insurance cases independently, competently advise employees and managers on payroll and time management, and actively drive the further development of payroll and time recording systems. Furthermore, you will participate in projects and help shape the harmonisation of payroll systems and employment conditions. Responsibilities:
- You independently carry out monthly payment and posting runs, check them, and maintain changes
- In this role, you ensure the comprehensive handling of all payroll matters and professionally represent the HR Services team leader
- As a payroll specialist, you independently handle social insurance issues and process them
- You competently inform employees and managers about payroll accounting and time management
- In this role, you actively maintain and optimise payroll systems as well as payroll and time management processes
- As a payroll specialist, you help shape the harmonisation of payroll systems and employment conditions of Domicil and Spitex (including pension fund)
Qualifications:
- You have solid practical experience as an HR/payroll specialist with sound knowledge and interconnected thinking.
- You bring (project) experience in system or condition harmonisation.
- You work reliably, precisely, and independently.
- You are characterised by a strong service orientation.
- You are a team player, flexible, and ready to take on more professional responsibility.
