🌱 Your mission
Ensure the pedagogical, administrative and organisational management of the nursery, guaranteeing the quality of care and development of the children, team management, communication with families and implementation of the institutional project. The site manager reports hierarchically to the multi-site institutions director.
🚩 Main responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the nursery and ensure quality care for children and their families. Support, assist and unite the educational team around the structure’s pedagogical project.
- Organise resources and schedules to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Ensure local administrative and HR follow-up, in collaboration with support services.
- Maintain a relationship of trust with families and the structure’s various partners.
- Ensure compliance with the institutional framework as well as quality, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Actively participate in the development of the nursery and the institution’s projects.
🤝 Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- You have several years of experience in the field of childhood and now wish to progress to a position of responsibility.
- You enjoy supporting a team, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a positive work dynamic. You are organised, autonomous and able to manage daily priorities.
- You have good interpersonal skills and communicate easily with teams and families. You are comfortable with common IT tools.
- You have a perfect command of French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- You are willing to undertake the additional training required to perform the role in the canton of Fribourg.
