Plasterer

For a company recognised in the fields of plastering and painting, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our teams and work on varied projects, both new builds and renovations, indoors and outdoors.

Jointing / Plastering Operative (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of surfaces: Check the alignment, condition and quality of plasterboard before starting work.

• Jointing: Apply joint tape and suitable fillers.

• Plastering & Smoothing: Apply the different layers (filling, finishing, smoothing) in accordance with best practice to achieve perfectly even surfaces.

• Sanding and finishing: Carry out sanding, treat corners, joints, door frames and special points for a paint-ready finish.

• Quality control: Verify the conformity of your work and carry out necessary touch-ups.

• Organisation & Safety: Keep the site clean, strictly observe safety rules and meet deadlines.

• Technical know-how: You have a thorough command of jointing, plastering and smoothing techniques.

• Knowledge: Excellent mastery of materials, types of fillers and tapes.

• Skills: Ability to read plans and interpret technical instructions with precision and dexterity.

• Qualities: You demonstrate meticulousness, rigour and a sense of impeccable finishing.

• Assets: Autonomous, good physical condition (work possible on scaffolding / platforms) and a strong team spirit.

• Accommodation: Ideally already housed in the region.
