Les Galeries is a brand new restaurant located on the fourth floor of Galeries 27 in Payerne. We are looking for an experienced or beginner sommelier for the September opening, who is eager to share their passion for wine, gastronomy, quality products, and joie de vivre.

Your Mission

Co-manage the wine list, stock, and selection of new references.

Take charge of welcoming and serving customers.

Follow up and advise customers on their choices.

Ensure the autonomous upkeep and control of a section.

Respect the standards and quality of wine and other beverage service in the restaurant.

Promote the establishment's products and service offerings.

Welcoming and smiling, you ensure the well-being of customers and remain attentive to their needs.

Demonstrate genuine sales talent and actively participate as a team in the smooth running of service.
