What You Can Achieve
- Participation in the planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of the course programme for Schwyz teachers
- Organisation and coordination of course administration from announcement to follow-up of continuing education courses
- Management of the school administration software Daylight (address and course management)
- Coordination of registrations, course information, course dates and rooms
- Contact person for organisational concerns of course leaders, course participants as well as internal and external partners
- Support of the Head of the Teacher Profession area and the Vice-Rector W+D in administrative and organisational tasks as well as in the further development of processes
- Support with evaluations including statistics, billing processes and other administrative tasks
- Assumption of general office tasks
- Management and updating of the W+D website in TYPO3
- Maintenance of documents and digital content
- Collaboration with the assistants of the W+D department, the area managers and the communications staff unit
What Distinguishes You
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in administration, preferably in the education sector
- Strong organisational talent as well as independent, structured and reliable working style
- Very high customer and service orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident formulation
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and digital affinity
- Team spirit and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
