What is my role?

You are the friendly face of our client and the first point of contact for all guests and callers. Your tasks include:

• Warmly welcoming all visitors and professionally managing the telephone switchboard in German, French and English

• Independently handling customer enquiries and concerns with competence and friendliness

• Autonomous management of sponsorship and advertising requests from A to Z

• Reliable organisation of all mail, from receipt to dispatch

In addition, you support the executive secretariat at exciting events and special visits and take on a variety of administrative tasks for different areas within the company.

What do I need to be successful?

Your professional foundation: A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification forms your solid base. Ideally, you already have practical experience in a similar position and know what really matters in reception.

Your linguistic versatility: In this role, you juggle three languages daily. Therefore, very good German skills as well as solid French and English skills, both spoken and written, are indispensable. You switch languages effortlessly depending on who is in front of you or on the phone.

Your technical skills:

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• Secure navigation through digital tools and systems

Your personality makes the difference: What really distinguishes you is your pronounced service orientation combined with a professional appearance. You genuinely enjoy dealing with people and know how to welcome every guest individually and warmly. You work independently and in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic moments, and demonstrate organisational skills when several tasks await you simultaneously.
