Objective of the position:
In this role, you are responsible for the implementation of automation projects as well as the reliable operation and maintenance of plants in the field of heat and cold generation. You ensure stable and efficient plant operation and actively contribute to the further development and modernisation of the systems. You operate at the interface of operations, engineering, and projects and support the team leader in technical and organisational matters.
What tasks await you?
- Ensuring optimal plant operation as well as efficient analysis and sustainable resolution of faults (main focus)
- Programming, further development, and integration of PLC controls into control systems
- Management and supervision of MSRE/OT projects, especially control migrations and modernisations in existing plants
- Ensuring and further developing quality management in the MSRE/OT area
- Support in the operation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) considering common standards (e.g. NIST)
- Deputising for the team leader in technical and organisational matters
What do we expect from you?
- Technical basic training in automation, electrical engineering, or electrical installation, complemented by further education as a FH engineer or HF technician (or on the way there).
- Business management training is an advantage
- Experience in automation, MSRE, or plant operation is an advantage.
- Experience in project execution or management as well as in coordinating tasks or teams.
- Willingness to take responsibility and support the team leader situationally.
- Interest in topics related to Operational Technology (OT) and industrial systems.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as a strong quality awareness.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
