Role:
You will independently carry out all grinding work on CNC cylindrical and surface grinding machines, ensuring the highest quality, punctuality, and cleanliness. In addition, you will programme, set up, and optimise orders and grinding processes, support manual finish grinding work, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of grinding work on CNC cylindrical and surface grinding machines
Programming, setting up, and processing of orders on CNC machines
Conventional surface grinding and honing
Finish grinding by hand on specialised machines
Continuous optimisation of grinding processes and CNC programmes
Ensuring quality, punctuality, and cleanliness
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable)
Professional experience in grinding with CNC cylindrical and surface grinding machines
Knowledge in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (e.g. Studer S33 with Fanuc control, Ziersch ZT48)
Strong quality and responsibility awareness
