• They enforce standards (quality, productivity, safety) and encourage participative improvement initiatives.
• They are always looking for ideas to solve workshop issues (team organisation, coordination with maintenance) and enjoy innovating as a team.
• They maintain links with the sales distribution by being attentive to customer feedback.
• They work with HR to recruit, integrate, motivate and manage their teams.
