Role:
Our client is a Swiss insurance company specialising in health and social insurance and is particularly well established in the agricultural sector. With a comprehensive insurance offering and personal advice, the company supports its customers in securing health and social risks.

Responsibilities:
You actively shape the further development of two office properties and are responsible for planning and implementing upcoming construction and utilisation projects.
You coordinate renovations, conversions, and new occupancies and ensure that projects are driven forward purposefully.
You develop suitable space and utilisation solutions and manage all involved internal and external partners.
You further develop the processes of property management and ensure smooth building maintenance and technical operations.
You lead a small team and combine operational work with strategic and organisational development.
