About the job

What you bring:

• Completed training in mechanical and/or electrical fields

• Further education in sales or business administration - level higher technical college (HF), technical salesman (m/f/d) or equivalent

• French C2 level

• Supplemented by another foreign language English and/or German B2 level

• Experience in machine and plant engineering/metal cutting

• Resident in (Western) Switzerland

Your job at Knoll

• Maintaining and expanding our customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers

• Advising machine tool manufacturers, system integrators and end customers in metal cutting

• Identifying needs and reviewing projects/orders according to economic and technical aspects

• Finding tasks and developing solution proposals

• Technical and commercial clarification of customer requirements

• Accompanying projects from acquisition to successful acceptance

• Close cooperation with the internal sales, project planning and service departments

• Occasional participation in maintenance, commissioning or optimisation of processes

• Attending trade fairs
