Do you wish to work in a modern, collaborative environment focused on quality care?
For one of our clients, a medical centre bringing together several general practitioners and specialists, we are looking for several General Practitioners or Specialist Doctors wishing to commit long-term within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the medical follow-up and care of patients.
- Conduct consultations and medical procedures within your field of expertise.
- Work closely with other doctors and health professionals at the centre.
- Participate in the overall follow-up of patients in a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach.
- Contribute to the development and quality of the centre's medical services.
- Maintain rigorous medical documentation in compliance with Swiss requirements.
Profile
- Federal medical diploma or foreign diploma recognised by the Medical Professions Commission (MEBEKO).
- FMH specialist title or recognised foreign title (for specialist doctors).
- Authorisation to practise or possibility to obtain it in the relevant canton.
- Billing rights covered by Swiss health insurance (an advantage).
Experience
- Experience in a medical practice, medical centre or hospital environment.
- Interest in working within an interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in outpatient patient follow-up.
Personal skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Focus on quality and safety of care.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to engage in a long-term medical project.
Languages
- Fluent French is essential.
- Any other language is an asset.
