Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Independent processing of export orders and ensuring smooth order handling
- Preparation and verification of export documents, including commercial invoices, shipping papers, and customs documents
- Coordination of delivery dates and communication with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Compliance with applicable export regulations and requirements
- Maintenance of customer master data and management of export documentation in the systems
- Support in the preparation of export reports and statistics
- Close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure efficient information flow
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in the export sector or order processing
Proficient MS Office skills
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
Independent, precise, and organised working style
Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
High customer orientation and service awareness
Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic working environment
