Polymechanic / Toolmaker (m/f/d)

For our client, an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company, we are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious individual for internal chip-removal manufacturing. You will work independently on demanding individual parts and small series and actively contribute your expertise to production.

Polymechanic / Toolmaker (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
• Working with Heidenhain controls
• Manufacturing demanding individual parts as well as small and medium series
• Independent inspection of manufactured workpieces according to quality specifications
• Optimising manufacturing processes and workflows
• Supporting adjacent areas such as quality control and assembly
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality production

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a Polymechanic EFZ or Toolmaker
• Professional experience in a comparable role
• Good knowledge of CNC manufacturing
• Experience with turning and milling machines as well as Heidenhain controls
• High quality awareness and precise working method
• Technical understanding and economic thinking
• Resilient and flexible personality
• Willingness for occasional special assignments
• Independent and responsible working style
• Team-oriented, open and assertive personality
