- Responsibility for overall project management and customer relationships
- Planning, coordination, and control of exciting ERP projects
- Leading internal and external project meetings
- Analysis and coordination of requirements as well as definition of framework conditions
- Setup and configuration of ERP applications on the respective platform
- Creation of technical orders, e.g. for evaluations, data migrations, or system integrations
- Conducting verification, functional, and practical tests
- Training and supporting end users in handling the new systems
- Several years of experience in managing demanding ERP projects
- Experience with complex software solutions and processes
- Strong quality awareness as well as a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, assertiveness, and initiative
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), good French skills are a great plus
- Driving licence category B

Tasks
After a structured induction, you will take on varied tasks related to the implementation of ERP solutions. You will support companies from different industries in their digital transformation either directly on site, at the modern locations in Central Switzerland, or from the home office.- Responsibility for overall project management and customer relationships

Profile
- A completed basic education as an IT specialist EFZ with further IT training (FA or HF) or an IT degree (FH/Uni or ETH)- Several years of experience in managing demanding ERP projects
- Experience with complex software solutions and processes
- Strong quality awareness as well as a structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, assertiveness, and initiative
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), good French skills are a great plus
- Driving licence category B
