Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company in the industrial sector. High quality standards, reliable processes, and the continuous development of technical solutions are central.
Responsibilities:
Independent development and optimisation of prototypes, with a special focus on innovative solutions in product technology
Simulation of electric fields and development of circuits to ensure the highest quality standards
Development and improvement of calculation software, supporting the internal software team in further development
Technical consulting for sales through detailed presentations and customer-oriented solution proposals at an international level
Provision of technical support for internal departments such as design, industrialisation, purchasing, production, and testing
Joint development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
Completed studies in electrical engineering or a related discipline (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
Experience or interest in high voltage technology as well as willingness to delve deeply into this field
Interdisciplinary thinking patterns and enjoyment in solving challenges in electrical engineering, mechanics, materials science, and thermodynamics
Strong analytical and strategic skills to solve technical problems and drive product development
Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments
Proactive working style with high self-motivation and the ability to lead complex projects independently
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, to operate internationally
