HSE Manager / Safety Specialist 100%

Responsibilities

• Establishment, implementation and further development of all HSE processes
• Advising management and executives in the areas of occupational safety, health protection and energy management
• Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external inspections, including by authorities or customers
• Responsibility for occupational safety at the site
• Improvement of occupational safety, health protection and energy management
• Conducting training sessions and safety briefings
• Collaboration with external authorities to ensure compliance with official regulations

Requirements

• Completed studies in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, safety or comparable
• Experience in a comparable HSE position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fulfilment of ASA requirements for Switzerland
• Sound knowledge of legal requirements regarding occupational safety, environmental protection and health protection is an advantage
• Experience in risk analyses, training and audits
• High customer orientation, hands-on mentality, teamwork and leadership skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
