Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a Building Concierge – Real Estate

Mission:

• Cleaning and maintenance of common areas of buildings and their surroundings
• Sorting, management and disposal of waste and recyclables
• Maintenance of green spaces and exteriors
• Minor routine maintenance work, including replacement of light sources
• Reading energy meters and other service tasks
• General upkeep and cleanliness of buildings

Profile

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance of buildings or premises
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Experience in using cleaning machines, such as scrubber-driers or single-disc machines
• Good level of French, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with a smartphone and Outlook
• Certificate of professional cleaning agent or training in the field, an advantage
• Experience in concierge services, maintenance or facility management, an advantage
