Activation Specialist HF, Bombach Location

Tasks

• You plan, organise and conduct resource-oriented activation offers in groups or individual settings on the care wards.
• You work professionally and attentively with the nursing staff and tailor the activation offers to the individual needs and current situation of the residents.
• You shape the daily lives of our residents together with them and support them in activities of daily living.
• You ensure professional and constructive collaboration with all other internal and external parties involved in activation and daily life organisation.
• You participate in the organisation and implementation of in-house events and celebrations.

Profile

• Advanced practical experience in activation, preferably with people with dementia and people with psychiatric illnesses
• Completed training as a certified Activation Specialist HF (with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad) or qualification as FAB, as well as experience in the field of activation
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of common IT programmes, preferably experience with the nursing application EasyDok
• Enjoyment and ability to work in a team

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 77,349.00 to CHF 103,355.00 (100%) depending on experience.
