Our DYS, ADHD, ASD team is made up of dedicated trainer-coaches specialised in supporting these disorders. Partners of the disability insurance offices, and aligned with values of kindness, respect for the individual, and equal opportunities, we offer a specific programme aimed at supporting students, apprentices and adults in professional reintegration throughout their training journey.
Our mission is to support each learner with professionalism, empathy and responding as closely as possible to their needs, aspirations and resources.
To strengthen our teams in the regions of Vevey, Lausanne and Nyon, we are looking for trainer-coaches DYS wishing to dedicate part of their professional activity to supporting people with learning difficulties.
Trainer - Coach
(Technical and Mathematical Fields)
You have a good understanding of learning difficulties and experience in support. You hold a teaching certificate, FSEA 1, or equivalent experience.
You master electricity, construction trades and advanced mathematics (grammar school level — advanced mathematics) and are able to support learners in writing final training assignments (TPA, TPI, TM, TPL…).
You demonstrate open-mindedness, patience and kindness, enjoy human contact and wish to commit to supporting people facing learning difficulties.
You are able to adapt your support to the needs of learners with varied profiles, to work with rigour and autonomy, while operating within a structured institutional framework and a spirit of collaboration.
You are comfortable with common IT tools and with the Romandy secondary II education system.
You demonstrate a good analytical mind and writing skills for drafting minutes and reports.
You are available to undertake at least 3 to 5 weekly assignments (about 8 hours), mainly late afternoon or early evening, and you are mobile. These assignments are, however, within a flexible framework, linked to the mandates entrusted, and do not guarantee a fixed number of hours.
