What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Product Manager Agricultural Technology who stays close to the technology and solves real workshop problems. You take responsibility for various product groups such as work lights and wide-load markings. In doing so, you actively shape the future of the industry by introducing new items in the construction and agricultural machinery sector. You test technically demanding products and help build a range that truly supports agricultural machinery workshops in their daily work. With enthusiasm, you advise customers by phone or email about the products. Additionally, you are responsible for technical problem-solving for customers and employees, conduct training sessions, and prepare technical reports.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring experience as an agricultural machinery mechanic or as a workshop manager of an agricultural machinery company – this is the central foundation; you will learn product management methodology with us. You have a can-do attitude, a sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style. You show interest in technical and business contexts; further training as a Technical Salesperson or an equivalent qualification is a plus but not mandatory. You possess good communication skills in German and English. You enjoy customer contact and have enthusiasm for practical technical solutions.
