As part of the opening of our shop in Lausanne, we are looking for a Shop Manager. As a Store Manager, you are the face of our shop and embody the values of Palais des Thés: passion, expertise, and a welcoming spirit.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage commercial activity and be a key player in commercial performance
• Integrate, train, support, evaluate, retain, unite and motivate your team
• Enhance the sales area and present our products in a way that encourages discovery
• Drive the company project and ensure efficient communication
• Guarantee operational excellence (administrative, financial, stock management, etc.)
• Ensure a premium customer experience in every aspect
• Ensure the local influence of the shop
• Be responsible for tea expertise within your team

Your profile:

• You have 3 years of experience as a Shop Manager and place the customer at the heart of your work
• With genuine leadership, you know how to make decisions and lead your team towards a common goal: the commercial success of your point of sale
• You are rigorous and autonomous in managing your team as well as the shop
