To complement our team at the BAZ Glaubenberg centre, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ at 60% starting 01.01.2027.
Your Responsibilities
- Main task: Support the Medic-Help specialist unit in all administrative matters
- Provide basic medical care to asylum seekers in the centre, taking into account existing legal and other requirements (BEKO, SEM manual - access to medical care for AS and procedures in the BAZ, guidelines for handling remedies, BAG outbreak management manual and ORS processes)
- Provide initial medical care in emergencies
- Carry out follow-up care according to instructions
- Ensure contacts and information flow to nursing staff and nursing administration
- Support planning and conducting the daily consultation hours
- Maintain and manage medical records
- Support the admission process (MEI/MEK) according to instructions - only BAZmV
Your Profile
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- French | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
