YOUR TASKS
- Specialist medical management of OPERA with personnel leadership of the anaesthesia specialists together with the medical supervisor of the Stephanshorn Clinic and the head of OPERA
- Conducting the preoperative anaesthesia consultation
- Performing common anaesthesia procedures
- Perioperative care of patients
- Creating/updating area-specific SOPs/guidelines
- Responsibility for personal further education and training
YOUR PROFILE
- Specialist title in Anaesthesiology (FMH or equivalent)
- Several years of experience as senior physician or senior consultant
- Sound knowledge in regional anaesthesia and perioperative medicine as well as experience in paediatric anaesthesia > 3 years
- Leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- High organisational skills and efficient working style
- Innovative, communicative and team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for interprofessional collaboration
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
