What to expect
- You care for and support patients considering effective therapy methods after prolonged treatments and/or surgical procedures in various specialist areas
- You ensure individual and targeted promotion and support of patients during the rehabilitation process and competently manage the holistic nursing process
- Constructive teamwork as well as goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary treatment team inspire you
- You conduct consultations and instructions for patients and their environment and promote self-help training
- You accompany learners and students in the ward routine
What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
- Positive attitude, enjoyment of independent work in an interprofessional team
- Flexible and service-oriented personality with high social and communication skills, quick comprehension and calmness in complex situations when dealing with patients, relatives and the team
- Willingness to actively participate in change processes and to establish inpatient rehabilitation at the Inselcampus
- Willingness to work shifts (three-shift operation) or also as a permanent night watch
