Qualified Nurse HES at 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of residents in the spirit of our care model and care process
• Taking on tasks as the reference person for nursing
• Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents, including classification of care needs BESA
• Collaboration with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist, ...)
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing reports
  

Your profile

• Completed qualified nurse training or equivalent recognised training by the CRS
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Organised, calm, thorough, committed and motivated
• Enjoys taking on varied challenges
• Native French speaker or fluent in French
