What is my role?

• You lead and develop a two-person HR admin team

• You are a sparring partner for the management and executives and advise them on personnel and labour law issues

• You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and ensure professional HR services

• You further develop the HR strategy and successfully implement HR projects and change initiatives

• You continuously optimise HR processes, drive digitalisation forward and develop innovative solutions for the workplace of tomorrow

• You analyse HR key figures, derive concrete measures from them and create a sound basis for decision-making for management

• You strengthen employer attractiveness and promote a appreciative, modern corporate culture

What do I need to be successful?

• You feel at home in the gastronomy world and know the L-GAV

• You bring 5 years of professional experience in all operational HR processes along the employee lifecycle as well as sound knowledge in payroll, social security, labour law and time management

• You have experience in further developing processes, structures and HR systems and enthusiastically drive change forward

• You think entrepreneurially, combine strategic foresight with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and successfully bring topics to completion

• You enjoy supporting people and assisting managers as a trusted sparring partner

• You are an empathetic and assertive personality with a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
