Production Machine Operator

The Fleury site specialises in the processing, drying and packaging of meat products. In an environment subject to strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), this position plays a key role in the smooth running of production and the guarantee of impeccable quality of the finished products.

What you achieve

• Independently carry out the various work stages related to meat processing, in accordance with instructions and production specifications
• Prepare, use and monitor the machines and equipment necessary for production
• Perform simple maintenance tasks and intervene in case of minor malfunctions
• Carry out quality controls and ensure documentation in accordance with hygiene and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines in your area of activity
• Actively contribute to product quality and output in the assigned area
• Support less experienced colleagues as needed

What you bring

• Education: No initial/continuing training required
• Professional experience: Experience in food production and knowledge of basic hygiene standards
• Good physical condition
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Team spirit and good cooperation skills
• French (A2)
