International Service Technician (m/f/d)

For our client, an internationally operating company in mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a technically skilled and travel-friendly individual as International Service Technician (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will be deployed worldwide at customer sites and take on the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation of sophisticated systems.

International Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Preparation and execution of worldwide assembly and installation work at customer sites
• Commissioning of machines, systems, and technical components
• Carrying out functional tests, parameter settings, and final acceptance
• Performing adjustment, conversion, and optimisation work
• Inspection, maintenance, and calibration of systems
• Integration of systems into existing third-party systems
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults
• Training and instruction of customer personnel in operation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
• Creation of technical deployment and service reports
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and customers

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, electromechanic, automation technician, car/ agricultural machinery or truck mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, assembly, and maintenance
• Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of technical systems is an advantage
• PLC knowledge is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness for worldwide customer assignments of up to four weeks
• Independent, resilient, and flexible personality
• Clear and structured communication as well as customer-oriented appearance
