Industrial Service Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will primarily work with industrial and manufacturing customers and support them in the ongoing maintenance of their technical equipment. You will independently carry out service assignments, document your work, and assist internal departments with technical queries.
Responsibilities:
Assess conditions and operating states on site and identify the need for action
Manage consumables according to operational requirements
Perform service work independently and document the process
Organise equipment, tools, and necessary transport in good time
Initiate appropriate measures directly with the customer in case of technical deviations
Prepare information from assignments for sales and service organisation
Support customers with practical application questions
Participate in events and technical presentations
Qualifications:
Technical apprenticeship in mechanics or a related field
Professional experience in production, workshop, or technical service
Good understanding of industrial workflows
Confident use of digital tools
Good MS Office skills
Very good German and French language skills
Independent organisation at changing locations
Forklift licence welcome
High willingness to travel
