Construction Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for an experienced construction manager to take on the following tasks:

• Independent technical supervision and management of existing properties

• Management and coordination of conversion, extension and renovation projects of small to medium scale - from the initial planning phase to the final handover of the property

• Conducting tendering procedures, awarding contracts and billing of all construction services

• Ensuring and monitoring quality standards, schedules, budget requirements and occupational safety regulations on construction sites

• Central contact person for all project participants including architects, specialist planners, authorities and clients

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you require the following qualifications and attributes:

• Completed technical construction training with further education as a construction manager, technician or comparable qualification

• Several years of practical experience in project management of conversion, extension and renovation work

• Convincing and confident appearance towards all project participants

• Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills

• High commitment and independent working style

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Experienced use of MS Office applications and project management software (e.g. Messerli)
