ZurichYour Tasks
- You take on varied administrative tasks and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You liaise with specialist offices and authorities and work closely with the care team.
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of admissions and departures.
- You open and maintain client files, keeping an overview of occupancy.
- You prepare plans and documents for payments to clients in an employment programme.
- You process incoming mail and emails efficiently and create minutes as well as repair orders.
Your Profile
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form
- High communication skills, organisational talent and a confident, friendly manner
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Openness and flexibility for working in an international environment
- Commercial training or equivalent experience is an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
