Do you want to work independently and manage a diverse property portfolio? In our 12-member team in the property department, you will take on the autonomous management of residential and commercial properties of the Visana Group. With your expertise, service orientation, and organisational talent, you ensure high quality in the care of our properties and stakeholders.

Your tasks

• You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are the primary contact for tenants, caretakers, and external partners
• You handle the operational processing of all property management processes – from leasing and contract management to the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• You support initial lettings and marketing activities for new construction projects
• You plan and coordinate minor maintenance and repair measures and handle damage cases.
• You ensure professional property management and maintain their attractiveness and value preservation

Your profile

• You hold the Swiss federal certificate as a property manager
• You have several years of experience in independently managing a property portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
• You work independently, responsibly, and convince with your strong decision-making skills, flexibility, and excellent teamwork
• You have confident German language skills; French skills are an advantage
• You have good Office skills and ideally experience with the property management software Rimo R5
