Carpenter – Timber Construction Foreman – with Possibility to Become a Site Manager
Tasks
- Assembly of carpentry work from own and external production
- Organization and coordination of assembly work according to the specifications of the construction management
- Independent execution of service and repair work
- Supervision and support of apprentices on the construction site
- Checking assembly materials and timely reporting of reorders
- Ensuring the billing of additional work to the customer
- Maintenance and care of the company vehicle as well as machines, tools, and materials
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a foreman with a federal diploma or willingness to complete it
- Interest in further development to site manager with more leadership responsibility
- Experience in renovation and remodeling is an advantage
- Independent, careful, and efficient working style
