Production Manager (M/F)

This position represents a key role within the organisation, acting as the true right-hand to Management, with central managerial responsibility in a human-scale organisation.
Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours

Desired profile:

• Technical or mechanical training (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent training considered)
• Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Successful experience in supervising and managing teams
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and strong presence on site
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and resolve operational issues
• Analytical mindset, results-oriented and ability to unite teams around common goals
• Proficiency in common IT tools and good understanding of production flows

• Management of the production plan and daily organisation of workshops
• Supervision, support and development of a production team
• Steering and coordination of manufacturing activities and associated resources
• Role as operational right-hand to Management and monitoring of priorities
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues encountered on site
• Support to teams in continuous improvement of processes and working methods
• Optimisation of production flows to ensure quality, productivity and respect of deadlines
• Management and monitoring of equipment, tools and resources necessary for production
• Monitoring of performance, quality, safety and operational efficiency indicators
• Active participation in improvement projects and the evolution of the industrial organisation
