Responsibilities:
You work closely with the property management team and support the professional care of rental properties.
You coordinate communication with tenants, craft businesses, and authorities and ensure reliable handling of their concerns.
You organise administrative processes proactively and contribute to ensuring that the daily business runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
Thanks to your quick comprehension, you quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and work precisely and proactively.
You are a team player and approach different contacts in a customer- and goal-oriented manner.
You communicate confidently in German and are characterised by commitment and a high sense of responsibility.
A category B driving licence is available.
