Would you like to become a member of our pneumology department and thus an important part of our innovative and motivated team? Then we look forward to your application as an MPA for the Clinic for Pneumology, which is characterised by its varied and lively work content. Your main tasks include assistance in endoscopy as well as performing all lung function / sleep medicine measurements.
Who we are
Your tasks
- Assistance in the pleural space during pleural sonographies, pleural punctures, PleurX catheter insertions and bronchoscopies
- Independent execution of PleurX checks, drainage insertions and suture removals
- Organisation of the daily routine (daily responsibility for the entire endoscopy with main telephone)
- Performing lung function tests (spirometry, body plethysmography, CO diffusion, measurement of respiratory muscle strength PImax, sniff), measurement of exhaled NO, blood sampling venous/capillary/arterial, assistance and preparation for spiroergometry
- Sleep diagnostics (oximetry, polygraphy), care of the partial inpatient sleep laboratory
- Billing of all performed services
Your profile
- You have completed training as an MPA and ideally have experience in pneumological endoscopy / lung function / sleep diagnostics
- You appreciate an independent way of working and have a quick grasp
- You are a resilient personality with empathy and initiative
- You think in a networked and process-oriented way and work in an organised and goal-oriented manner
- You command the German language confidently in spoken and written form; good foreign language skills are also an advantage in this role
- Your pronounced social skills, high flexibility and commitment complete your profile
