Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is a long-established, owner-managed real estate company. In this role, you independently manage communities of co-owners and condominium owners and shape the management with a wide scope for action.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities
You independently manage and support co-owners’ associations and condominium owners’ associations.
You organise and lead owners’ meetings independently and ensure the implementation of the resolutions passed.
You plan renovation projects proactively, oversee the work and coordinate their implementation.
You maintain regular and professional communication with owners, authorities and craftsmen.
You reliably handle the administrative tasks of management. Accounting closures are not part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A completed basic education and experience in managing co-ownership and condominium ownership form your professional foundation.
You combine a confident manner of expression with precise working methods.
High social competence, enjoyment in contact with people and a cooperative approach characterise you.
You think independently, act entrepreneurially and actively contribute to collaboration and further development.
