Dispatcher: Control Centre
What awaits you:
- Dispatching locomotive and train personnel as well as rolling stock during operational disruptions or route interruptions and reacting quickly to changed operating conditions
- Coordinating and organising personnel and vehicle resources in normal operations as well as during deviations in daily rail operations
- Ensuring the best possible information for all involved parties
What you bring with you:
- Commercial basic training in public transport or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in rail operations
- Confident use of IT, RailOpt knowledge is an advantage
- Enjoy irregular working hours and openness to changes and new tasks
- Negotiation-level German skills as well as good spoken French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
