Quality Responsible Quality Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Analysis and handling of deviations and complaints - You get to the bottom of issues and implement effective corrective actions

• Ensuring, optimising and further developing compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 along the entire value chain - Quality is not just a word for you, but a lived practice

• Creation, updating and continuous optimisation of quality management documents (e.g. SOPs, guidelines, work instructions, forms) - You create clear structures for the highest quality standards

• Support in the preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits - You keep an overview even in demanding situations

• Training and raising awareness of employees on quality-relevant topics - You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspiring others about quality

• Active participation in continuous improvement projects - You think along and contribute your ideas

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or production mechanic with a federal certificate of competence or comparable qualification

• Advantageous: Further training as a technical clerk or technical business administrator or professional certificate in quality assurance (SAQ)

• Sound knowledge of the standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 - You know what matters

• Experience in quality assurance in an industrial environment, preferably in medical technology

• Confidence in handling testing and measuring equipment as well as their calibration - Precision is in your blood

• Sound knowledge in the creation, review and approval of quality documentation (inspection plans, EMPB, etc.)

• Experience with internal and external audits as well as complaint management

• Experience with ERP systems and good MS Office skills

• A structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working - You have an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture

• Strong sense of responsibility for quality and compliance with standards - Quality is a matter close to your heart

• Languages: Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
