Monitoring and ensuring network performance to guarantee a stable and reliable network connection.
Carrying out changes and upgrades to network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls, adhering to change management processes.
Handling technical inquiries and faults, including fault diagnosis and resolution, to ensure network stability.
Participation in on-call duty to ensure smooth network operation outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training in computer science
Technical training with extensive experience in Cisco routing, switching, and WLAN products.
Current Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP as well as solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
Strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility.
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
