HelpDesk Technician 50% - Morning (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a HelpDesk Technician 50% - Morning (m/f/d) responsible for providing first-level IT support to internal users in a demanding banking environment.
Your mission
- Provide first-level IT assistance to internal users, in French and English.
- Handle support requests received by phone, service portal, and email.
- Record, categorise, and prioritise incidents and requests in the ticketing tool according to their impact and urgency.
- Analyse, diagnose, and resolve N1 incidents related notably to Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Document interventions, write incident reports, and ensure escalation to the competent teams when necessary.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma in IT or equivalent training, ideally with 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Good command of Windows 10, M365 and Microsoft Teams environments, as well as service desk-type request and incident management tools.
- Excellent command of French and good level of English (minimum B2), enabling user support in both languages.
- Rigorous, organised, and structured person with good analytical, synthesis, and listening skills.
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to integrate effectively within a team.
- Residence in Switzerland, availability for a 50% workload in the mornings, with good adaptability and stress resistance.
