Role:
An independent Swiss financial service provider that supports private individuals and companies holistically in important financial decisions.
Today, the company is present with around 200 employees at 13 locations in Switzerland and serves around 18,000 customers.
Employees work in an entrepreneurial environment where different specialist areas closely interact and advice goes far beyond classic product solutions. Responsibilities:
You analyse and prioritise relevant finance processes across various companies, locations, and business areas.
You optimise central processes such as month-end closing, consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, accounts payable processes, and approvals, reducing manual steps.
You develop automated and AI-supported workflows for document capture, account assignment, checks, reconciliations, and exceptions.
You build meaningful management reporting for revenue, costs, productivity, cash flow, liquidity, and contribution margins and further develop forecast and scenario models.
You standardise data models, KPI logics, and reporting processes and ensure the quality of AI-supported processes through appropriate controls, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
In close collaboration with accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, banks, fiduciaries, and technical specialists, you implement improvements and measure their impact based on efficiency, quality, and economic benefit.
Qualifications:
You bring solid experience in accounting, controlling, audit, finance transformation, or corporate finance.
Qualifications, internal controls, cash flow, planning, and management reporting are well known to you from practice.
You already use AI, automation, and modern finance technologies in a practical way to optimise processes.
You can translate professional requirements into clear data, process, and system requirements and work in a structured, precise, and quality-conscious manner.
Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
