Lean Manager Production (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible as a Lean Manager for improving processes in an industrial production company. You work across departments and accompany change processes from analysis to implementation.
Responsibilities:
You lead improvement projects in production and logistics
Evaluation of process data and derivation of measures
Conducting workshops with teams on site
Supporting managers during implementation
Coordination with specialist departments
Measurement and securing of achieved results
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education or degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, production technology or industrial engineering
Several years of experience in lean management or continuous improvement process (CIP) in industry
Sound knowledge of Six Sigma and common lean methods
Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage
Analytical, structured working style with strong implementation skills
Strong communication skills and persuasive in dealing with employees
Interest in digitalisation, AI and automation
Very good German and English
